The Division of Planning updated the City's Zoning Code. This update is intended to streamline the development process and better manage land use issues.
The City Planning Commission and an expanded technical review committee assisted staff in developing the new Code.
The current version of the Cincinnati Zoning Code is part of the online Cincinnati Municipal Code (Chapter 1400-1451).
