The Cincinnati Recreation Commission-NFL Flag Football Program sponsored by the Anthony Muñoz Foundation offers well-organized, supervised fun for boys and girls ages 5 through 15. The program introduces youngsters to the great game of football and fosters the development of teamwork and physical fitness for everyone involved.

NFL flag football is a traditional non-contact flag football program. Boys and girls play on co-ed teams. All players are matched by age and ability. Skills taught include running, passing, and receiving. This program provides children the opportunity to participate in organized athletics and to be involved with the Bengals, while developing fundamental football skills.
