Andrew B. Glenn, Jr.

Director Of Public Services

As the Director of Public Services, Andrew B. Glenn, Jr. is responsible for the City operations that provide neighborhood cleaning services as well as the operations that provide right of way maintenance. 

Additionally, the director oversees the operations that maintain City facilities and the operations responsible for maintaining a strong City fleet. Maintaining the City cleanliness and safety are essential functions of these operations.  Read More
